I’ve been looking forward to Travis and Joanne’s wedding for a long time. Ever since I shot their engagement session this past summer I knew that their wedding would be a lot of fun and they did not disappoint! I started the day at the W Hotel where Joanne, Travis and their bridal parties were hanging out and getting ready for the day. The W is always a great place to shoot, so we decided to let them see each other for the first time in the lobby. Next we jumped into the limo and headed to Freeway Park and a few other places in downtown Seattle. The rain mostly held off, but we were still able to make good use of colorful umbrellas! Joanne and Travis love wine, so then we stopped by Purple Cafe for a drink and some relaxed photos. Their ceremony was in West Seattle at the Hall at Fauntleroy. Joanne and Travis put lots of work into planning a wine theme for decor and carefully chose three of their favorite wines to share with guests. During the cocktail hour, magician Brian Masters did an amazing job mingling with guests, performing magic and drawing laughter and gasps. Greg of Affairs to Remember did a great job as Master of Ceremonies and DJ. He brought a great lighting set for the dance floor that helped images convey the mood of the evening.

How many weddings have a pool table? So cool!
The cake was perched on an oak wine barrel.

A remembrance wall and crayons for the kids.

Apparently Joanne’s Seahawks garter is one of the hardest items to keep in stock in Seattle!

I loved Greg’s lighting!
