Kristen Pittman kept things running smoothly throughout the day. The food was superb and the venue had plenty of character. Mari’s parents David and Lori made me feel so welcome, it was a true pleasure being a part of the wedding. One of the most unusual moments was a full on cupcake fight.  I was able to capture some great moments but unfortunately, Mari ended up with a bit too much frosting in her eye.  But things were all good after a short break.  Around dusk Mari, Joel and I  were able to step away to make a few images of the two of them.  This is one of my favorite parts of each wedding and shooting at dusk really allows me to capture a lot of mood in my images.

Jeff and Jessica had a gorgeous wedding ceremony at Blessed Sacrament Church. What an amazing church! Beautiful light, beautiful subjects!

Next, we headed to Alki Beach to shoot some photos before the reception at Salty’s. They couldn’t have picked more beautiful day for their wedding.
